Absolutely, Carol... although some would say I'm definitely full of something else ;)

Joking apart, I've also wondered about the accuracy of the 'Element Chant' that we sing as part of the 'jiggy three'...

Earth my body (OK)
Water my blood (OK)
Air my breath (OK)
and Fire my spirit (Hmmm... fire is more the metabolic process that, as you say, powers our bodies)

Still, I suppose it gets a pass under the guise of artistic license.
Normal service will be resumed shortly... Just as soon as we've figured out what 'normal' is.

Our bodies house all the elements also:
The air we breathe
The fire that our bodies burn for our fuel(energy)
The water (blood) that flows through our veins
The earth (bones,fat,minerals)of our bodies

I’m relating everything in my life to the elements...even the air conditioner...it circulates the air...is fired by electric...removes & condenses the water...& is made in part by minerals of the earth...
I THANK THEE O...AIR...FIRE...WATER...& EARTH...I bless you with reverence & everlasting gratitude...
